Summary:
The successful candidate will support the software development lifecycle and migration of SharePoint on premises to SharePoint Online. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will analyze system improvements, as well as recommend changes/upgrades. You will also track, troubleshoot, and report defects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Execute test scripts and review results
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and report/document technical issues
- Utilize Python or Shell scripting to automate repetitive tasks, deploy test environments, and execute test suites
- Test functionality and usability of new or existing software before it live implementations
- Work closely with developers, providing feedback on improvement areas
- Perform test planning, case design, execution, and result analysis
- Create concise documentation for test plans, procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, discuss requirements, and present solutions
Key Qualifications:
- Three+ years’ experience executing test plans, as well as evaluating software and system level capabilities
- Familiar with software testing methodologies
- Familiar with setting up and using automated test tools for testing web-based applications, SharePoint experience is a plus
Work Location:
Baltimore/Columbia, one-two days a week onsite
