Job Title : Quality Assurance/Tester - QA Engineer/Analyst Manual QA
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 12 months
Client : CME group
Rate : Market Rate
Required Skills: Should have 3-5 years of working experience in software development life cycle with clear understanding of the QA role.
Proven project experience in at least one of these areas (with a bank or an exchange) is a must - full trade life cycle, post-trade/clearing process, risk management, derivative pricing, and margin methodologies.
Strong sql skills, experience testing java based applications in unix environment
Experience working in an agile environment and exposure to tools like cucumber, jira, confluence, bamboo, quality center is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication ( written / verbal ) skills
- Experience with Automation tools a plus
- Must be a self-starter and be able work well in fast paced, dynamic environment
-Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Finance
Brief Job Details: Candidate will be part of the core IT team responsible for understanding current margining and other risk management methodologies at CME Group and implement the new and improved solutions across various asset classes(OTC IRS/CDS/FX and listed futures/options).
Candidate is expected to work closely with Client to understand the requirements, come up with test plans/test cases, execute the functional/system/integration tests, and work with dev teams to help automate the regression test suite
