Quality Complaints Associate at ICONMA, LLC

• Complaint Handling: Track, investigate, and respond to customer complaints.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards for products and processes.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant software tools-i.e. MS 365.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience required.
