About the Job
**Job Functions:
**
Compiles and maintains control records and related files.Maintains all files and records of quality procedure, system in compliance. Coordinates ISO programs and conducts internal and external audits. Generate quality reports such as cost of quality, scrap, non-conformance. Strong prevention mentality
**Accountabilities:
**
- Updating & Maintaining the Doc Control System
- Assisting in Internal Audit Preparation & Training
- Assisting in Conducting Internal Audits
- Assisting in External Audits (ISO 9001:2015 & Others)
- Assisting in ECO Processing
- Maintenance of SharePoint ISO 9001 Docs
**Other Job Duties:
**
- Control and maintain quality documents ensuring the latest revision are in use and up to date
- Support the areas uploading, downloading documents and ensure the proper procedure and nomenclature are being used
- Facilitate, monitor and lead NCR (nonconformance report)/CACI (Corrective Action & Continual Improvement) root cause analyses
- Generate and maintain reports such as nonconformance, re-work, process & Product deviation. Ensure the information are correctly stored and available
- Support quality dept and correlated areas to track, and reduce the cost of re-work and scrap
- Support manufacturing area and production to develop and maintain control plan and quality instruction
- Responsible for accuracy and maintenance of the ISO Programs.
- Trains staff on current ISO procedures and instructions. Trains and monitors ISO internal auditors.
- Schedule and conduct production, process, product and system audits
- Lead and support line side review and lessons learned activities as well as error proofing procedures
- Support quality dept to develop, review and implement quality procedures
- All other duties as assigned.
**Skills/Qualifications:
**
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings (Shop, Fabrication, Purchase, Install, etc.), and regulatory standards, regulations and codes (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
- Detail oriented, self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must possess good organizational and time management skills

**Education and/or Experience:
**
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the following software programs; Microsoft Office suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat,

The job duties described above are mainly performed within an office environment and occasionally on the shop manufacturing floor, which contains various environmental conditions such as exposure to industrial machinery, dust/metallic particles, and noise.
