Your role as a Quality Control Associate
As a Quality Control Associate at PDM Distribution, your day-to-day expectations will be both engaging and fulfilling. You will begin your shift at 2:30 PM, diving into the heart of our manufacturing processes, where you'll conduct thorough inspections to ensure our food products meet rigorous quality standards. Each day, anticipate collaborating with team members to identify and troubleshoot quality issues, fostering a spirit of innovation and teamwork.
You'll document findings and perform laboratory tests, ensuring that every product leaving our facility embodies excellence and safety. Your schedule will span from Monday through Thursday, ending your shift at 1:00 AM, providing you with extended weekends to recharge. Expect to contribute actively to our customer-centric culture, solving problems and enhancing our quality control practices in an energetic and professional environment!
