Responsibilities:
- Performs in-process and final inspection of multiple products prior to shipment to the customer using various gauges, tools, and inspection techniques.
- Accepts or rejects products according to inspection criteria.
- Reports issues to supervisor and records findings on inspection documents.
- Procures inspection samples from in-process or finished products as stated on the inspection documentation.
- Writes a Non-Conformance Material Report (NCMR), coordinates with Operation to pull suspected product off skid/pallet and ensures it properly located it to rework or quarantine area.
- Ensure that process and quality inspections are recorded in correct designated forms based on product manufactured.
- May be asked to help with the inspection and testing of validation samples, raw materials and/or incoming inspections.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Follows GMP and ISO regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
- At least 1 years’ experience performing quality inspections or serving in a quality control role.
