TRC Seeks a full time QC Engineering Information Assistant Manager for a global automotive manufacturer in Savannah, GA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- As the person in charge of quality control of completed vehicles you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and direct the team activities.
- Recommend actions and drive quality improvement through collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data.
- Analyze internal and external quality indicators and determine quality trends to drive continuous improvement in Quality, HRD, and budget metrics.
- Research and investigate quality issues to determine root cause.
- Execute and implement quality inspection and improvement activities of mass-produced vehicles, and conducting activities to identify new vehicle projects analysis of completed vehicle to ensure its high quality and conformity to international standards
- Activities to establish/improve inspection methods and prevent leakage/ flow out of post-processes
- Utilize team to develop attendance tracking and analysis with the line group for feedback to management
- Analysis of the cause of the vehicle problem, improvement activities, audit and preparation and implementation of quality meetings
- Analyze statistical, historical, internal and external quality data through trends, graphs and reports
- Facilitate, recommend actions, and drive improvement through the quality and production departments using data trend analysis, and continuous improvement activities
- Quality facility/equipment management, investment cost execution/ management, supplementary investment establishment
- Preparation, consultation, and coordination of external events
- Participation in new vehicle projects (preparation for inspection, establishment of quality securing plan, and response to evaluation)
- Oversee and manage ongoing systems, operation, monitor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Analyse the effectiveness of processes and quality management systems.
- Conduct monitoring of vehicle faults.
- Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance with reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Plan, control and monitor the corrective actions of quality non-conformity detected in audits. Prepare reports and publish timelines to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support.
- Answer for certifications of the company regarding the product.
- Make certification planning and keep track of them to meet the market's demands.
- Generate reports on troubleshooting.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned
- Establish an annual operation plan. Establish an annual budget plan.
- Implement corrective actions in accordance with company policy
- Develop activities, training plan to improve employees' skills, and retain high performing work force through mentoring and coaching, and accountability with safety, speed, urgency, accuracy, and ownership mindset.
Qualifications & Preferences
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree required (Preference: STEM)
Minimum 5 years of related job experience (Quality Control or automobile-related teams)
Skills/ knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point, PowerBi, and Microsoft 365 products.
