Pay: $27.21/hr based on experience
Shift time: 8:00a - 4:00p
SUMMARY:
This position primarily reports to the BBI Quality Manager; however oversight of the day to day business activities will be supervised by the Seed Order Management team. This position will be responsible for a multitude of tasks, with the primary focus on Order Processing. This position requires the ability to work in a highly controlled process flow of customized patient orders. These duties will adjust to the needs of the business as it grows.

Skilled in the use of personal computers and office software including familiarity with MS word, excel, Access, and Outlook
Ability to solve basic math equations and review data tables
Understanding of radioactive materials physical characteristics, dose calculation, or the ability to assimilate the basic knowledge quickly.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated excellence in the continuous handling of meticulous detail.
Ability to read and interpret treatment planning needle loading plan computer output.
Self-starter, able to work independently with little direct supervision
Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate Level Degree education
Customer Service for Medical Devices and / or Clinical experience preferred
JDE experience preferred
5 or more years of Customer Service experience of Medical Devices required
3 years of quality inspection experience preferred
