Schedule & Location: This is a part-time role with the possibility of becoming full-time and is based in Davie, FL, with a negotiable schedule. You'll work both onsite and travel to job sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance.
As a Quality Control Inspector, your mornings start by reviewing the day's projects and heading out to job sites around South Florida. Equipped with years of expertise, you conduct thorough inspections, oversee installations, and provide real-time support to our technicians. You also hold safety meetings, coach team members, and ensure every task is completed with precision. Whether it's conducting evaluations or tackling unexpected challenges, you'll be the quality leader who keeps our reputation for excellence intact.
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in service management within the plumbing construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in plumbing installation, inspection, or repair
- Familiarity with state and local plumbing codes and regulations
- Customer-facing experience
