Quality Control Inspector - Encore Wire

• Accurate and timely inspections of machines and finished products.
• Complete quality reports hourly.
• Verify specific dimensions and material usage to assist in cost reduction.
• Eliminate non-conforming products.
• Meet production goals.
• May be responsible to perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Must be able to work a 3rd shift (7pm-7am).

• Non-temperature controlled; frequently exposed to very hot or cold temperatures.
• Mostly indoor, industrial setting, but occasionally work outdoors.
• Regularly exposed to loud sounds and noise levels

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to read, follow, comprehend technical documents.
• Willingness to learn new products, process flow, and industry terminology.

• Safety awareness.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize tasks to achieve production goals on schedule.
• Dependability and flexibility in work schedule availability.
