Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill a temp-to-hire and direct-hire Quality Control Inspector opening with a company located in Plymouth, MN. Interested candidates should have good dexterity, visual acuity, and attention to detail.

Quality Control Inspector Job Description:

• Quality Control of continuous in-line production adherence to labeling, product workmanship, traceability, documentation, training etc.
• Inspect product per applicable Engineering Drawings and Manufacturing and Test Procedures.
• Generate Non-Confirming Material Reports (NCMR’s).
• Conducting internal audits upon direction (i.e. calibration, pest controls etc.).
• Utilizing ERP (AX).
• Participate in external audits advocating the company (Customer, 3rd party, Regulatory).
• Other activities and responsibilities as assigned.

Quality Control Inspector Job Requirement:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 or more years of Inspection experience in a medical device environment.
• Some experience using associated measurement devices (microscope, caliper, laser scanner, etc.).
• Ability to read, understand and interpret various prints, manufacturing, and test procedures.
• Good mathematical ability and the ability to compute/count totals, averages, ranges.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with company personnel and auditors.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and related data entry experience.

Compensation for Quality Control Inspector:

The starting salary for the Quality Control Inspector position is $21.00-$24.00 per hour.
