The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, implementing, and documenting the Quality Control Program.
Salary Range: $96,000- $123,000/ Yearly/ Exempt

Responsibilities:Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Responsible for managing the quality control for day-to-day site assessment operations.
- Participates and develops the training of employees on QC policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensures contract compliance with all tasks being performed and ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines for accurate reporting.
- Ability to accurately enter data into software applications.
- Ability to work as part of a team with limited supervision.
- Lead and attend QC & operations meetings.
- Collaborate with other QC Specialists to maintain project progress, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
- Support project documentation and reporting, including creating and maintaining project charters, work breakdown structures, and project status reports.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and communication among project stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of efficiency initiatives.
- Handle escalated project-related issues and conflicts, working towards resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Mandatory:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiar with requirements of USACE EM 385-1-1, and experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
- Seven years of combined experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager or Project Engineer on similar size and type construction contracts which included the major trades that are part of this contract, and at least two years' experience as a QC Manager.
- Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
- U.S. Citizenship.
