Be part of the planning, synchronization and as directed, execution of an international linguist contract. Worldwide Language Resources is seeking individuals responsible for the planning, oversight and day-to-day operations and oversight of all activities necessary for successful contract management. Experience in planning, launching and directing major government, military and/or large multi-discipline support organizations with enterprise-level initiatives is required. Will regularly report to the COR and ACOR's for meetings, written reports, and scheduled updates.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementation of TO Quality Control Plan (QCP). Ensures QCP is reviewed, updated and approved by Government annually or as required
- Responsible for Quality Control of translation/ transcription products and interpretation services including the accurate meaning, context and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar, and pronunciation in both the target and English language.
- Ensures all service deliverables meet quality standards and performance requirements.
- Responsible for monitoring key aspects of program and contract management, including subcontractor management, recruiting and staffing, security management, and linguist support processes and procedures to ensure compliance with DLITE II and TO requirements.
- Responsible for periodic, routine and scheduled inspections of all aspect of contract performance.
- Responsible for coordinating with program office staff on identified concerns or issues
- Ensures corrective measures eliminate deficiencies and reoccurrence.
- Recommends process performance improvements
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on quality
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Certifications: Quality Control Training Certifications may include the following : LSS- Lean Six Sigma PMP- Project Management Professional PQM- Project Quality Management CQE- Quality Engineer ISO- International Organization for Standardization TQM- Total Quality Management TQL- Total Quality Logistics
Experience: Combination of 5 years’ experience as military or contract linguist, intelligence or linguist contract support services program management, or quality control of U.S. Government services contracts in the U.S. Military European Theater of Operations.
Skills: Competency with project management software tools and program portals.
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI
Foreign language fluency or DLI graduate in a foreign language highly desired
Education Equivalency: Combination of 10 years’ experience as military or contract linguist, Intelligence, military or contract linguist support services program management, or quality control of U.S. Government services contracts in the U.S. Military European Theater of Operations.
