**AGC Belletech,located in Bellefontaine, OH is seeking candidates for a Quality Control Staff position. The hours for this position are for 2nd shift 3:30P – 12A.
The Quality Staff position is responsible for supporting Production and Quality in achieving defined Quality objectives and is a point of contact for any quality related items. This position is responsible for overseeing daily quality activities and has daily interface with customers and suppliers. The Quality Staff position will report customer and quality issues to the management team and production.
**Responsibilities:
Communicate and interact with customer and supplier representatives effectively.
Operate forklift and move material.
Conduct problem analysis and investigation.
Implement quality improvement countermeasures.
Measure parts assemblies and fixtures with manual or digital gauges, measuring equipment, and CCM.
Perform product and process audits per the Quality Standards.
Calibrate handheld tools per the calibration schedule and maintain records.
Perform data collection on specialized production.
Supports Corporate EHS&S activities.
Provides a safe work environment and adheres to company policies.
Other duties or projects as assigned.
**Qualifications:
Working knowledge of all Shipping systems and customer portals.
Basic computer knowledge including use of Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook
Good interpersonal communication and interactions with Management, Staff, and Associates as well as customer and supplier representatives.
Possess good problem solving and reasoning skills.
Demonstrated know-how on all paperwork.
Must be able to work unsupervised.
Ability to interpret graphs, drawings, and sketches.
Ability to understand Statistical Process Controls.
Adaptable to the changing daily demands and flexibility of hours.
Practice safety at all times.
Ability to communicate and understand directions provided in English.
**Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and basic math, reading, and reading comprehension skills.
Knowledge of all processes is necessary or experience in a Quality/Engineering field.

Salary info:
$18.50 - $23.65 / hr
