What You'll Do
- Plan, set up, perform, and coordinate the quality activities for the assigned employee groups
- Direct assigned group in the quality setup and operation of equipment with regard to quality specifications, quantity, proper sequence and production standards.
- Determine best set-ups for optimum use of equipment and manpower while minimizing waste and production delays.
- Work from production schedules, stock needed reports, fab shop needs/request and/or verbal instructions.
- Work with computer programs such as, but not limited to, Fab G, Epoxy Production System, Load Sheets, Daily Hours, E-mail and other excel & word documents.
- Perform all quality related functions for the location such as Tests, Inspections (Internal & External), Reports, Set-ups, Filing, etc.
What You'll Need
- Good Organizational and Leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Operate a computer proficiently (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
