POSITION
Title
Quality Data Analyst
Position Type: On-site
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Quality, assists with both administrative level work and data analysis for the Quality Department. This position is responsible for accurate, timely maintenance of records and data for the Quality Department including performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and quality metrics. Provides general assistance with clerical functions and data management. Key functions include meeting preparation, data entry, data abstraction, producing reports and presentations, conducting drill down analysis, and adherence to regulatory standards. This position uses a variety of data sources and analysis techniques to support planning, reporting and decision making.

- Communicates effectively in written and verbal form.
- Demonstrates competency in data entry, collection, abstraction, aggregation, and analysis.
- Generates data reports and presentations on quality metrics for management.
- Analyzes and validates data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Converts data into usable information that is easy to understand.
- Provides technical support to team members on data related issues or applications.
- Demonstrates advanced computer literacy skills with programs such as Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, Tableau and Epic.
- Develops and maintains databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy laws.
- Demonstrates ability to track, manage, organize, and prioritize projects.
- Provides general office support including assisting with meeting preparation, coordination, and follow up, and inventory of office supplies.
- Uses advanced computer programs for data entry, data analysis and to create accurate data reports.
- Supports the Quality Department in creating data reports including charts, tables, graphs, and presentations.
- Meets productivity and timelines targets and uses tools to track activities and timelines.
- Ability to be at work and be on time

- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or equivalent work experience
- Experience in using Tableau Software and interactive dashboard design
- Excellent critical thinking skills, and strong verbal and writing skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize, organize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, business, finance, statistics, mathematics, data science, economics or marketing required
- Master's degree in related field highly desired; or equivalent work experience
