- This ~50-bed NON-UNION Hospital is looking for an outstanding individual to oversee the Quality Department, which includes Case Management, Infection Prevention, Quality & Risk. This individual will be expected to work closely with physicians and lead by example.
- Position will oversee 2 Direct Reports.
- Ideal candidate has 5-7 years of Quality Leadership Experience, in an Acute care setting.
- Familiarity with CA Regulations & Experience with Quality & Utilization Review important.
- Must be an RN, Master’s Degree is Preferred
- Compensation range will be between $144K and $198K Annually depending on experience.
