Job Details
The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and results.
- Provide training and support to quality control team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- SOP for Quality Assurance Protocols:
- Develop and implement standardized quality assurance protocols.
- Ensure protocols are followed during all stages of production.

- Schedule and conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Use standardized checklists and protocols for audits.
- Document findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
- SOP for Training and Development:
- Develop training programs for quality control team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions and evaluations.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues promptly.
- SOP for Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all quality assurance activities.
- Generate regular reports on quality metrics and performance.
- Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulations.
