Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to help us shape the future of medical devices. If you’re passionate about quality, driven by excellence, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in a quality department within a medical device OEM or contract manufacturer in an ISO-registered environment.
Certifications: ISO 13485:2016 Auditor Training Certificate preferred; Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
Mechanical Skills: Hands-on experience with machining, fabrication, and assembly operations.
Expertise: Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Quality Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015; knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 preferred.
Analytical Skills: Familiarity with process capability and its impact on production.
Problem Solving: Proficiency in techniques such as 5Y, Fishbone, and 8D.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a satellite operation.
Communication: Excellent oral, written, and technical communication skills.
Ownership: High accountability for quality outcomes and a customer-focused mindset.
What You Will Do:
Drive Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, maintaining the highest quality levels.
Enhance Processes: Analyze and improve process capability to elevate production quality.
Resolve Issues: Apply your problem-solving skills to identify and effectively address quality challenges.
Independent Management: Oversee quality processes independently, demonstrating strong ownership and initiative.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory standards are met during product development.
Continuous Improvement: Champion quality initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Utilize GD&T Expertise: Ensure proper product specifications and tolerances are upheld through expert application of GD&T.
