Position will assist multiple areas of the company directly supporting the manufacturing team and president.
Core responsibilities will be centered around:
·Develop inspection processes
oCreate balloon drawings
oCreate In-process and FAIR documentation
§Assign inspection methods
§Verify gages assigned to part inspection areavailable for use
·Obtain any that are not available
§Maintain gage calibration program and processes
·Calibrate gages in house
·Schedule third party calibrations
oPerform FAIR inspections
oHelp with In-Process inspections, when needed
·CMM programming (and part inspection)
·Maintain certifications
oISO 9001:2015
§Audits
·Internal and External
§Management Review
§QMS maintenance
§Document Control
·Maintain documentation for all processes
oMaintain conformity to CMRT, REACH, PROP 65,RoHS and TSCA
·Lead scrap reporting and reduction initiative
·Monitor and report KPIs
·Provide customers with RMAs (as needed)
oAssign a team, perform and document Root Cause,Corrective and Preventive Action activities
§Create Quality Alerts to document and internallycommunicate issues
oHold team accountable to timelines and actionsassigned
oProvide updates to customers on rework status
·Employee quality training
oProcess, updates, gaging techniques
·Lead Safety program
·Lead Continuous Improvement program

Requirements:
-Exposure to manufacturing/specifically machining, 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
