Community Bridges is looking for a full-time Quality Improvement Coordinator!
We are a non-profit agency founded in 1982 with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Building on the strengths of over 1,100 individuals in the greater Capital Area and their families, we work to identify barriers of access to find creative solutions to develop meaningful community engagement.
The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the quality improvement processes at the agency, and to the agency as a whole. The Administrative Assistant's primary tasks are data entry and tracking and coordination of processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Four years' experience in administrative or clerical position; experience with human service agencies preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and other databases.
Compensation and Benefits
There is a $1000 sign-on bonus for this position - $500 will be paid at the time of hire and $500 will be paid after 6 months in the role. *Please note, sign-on bonuses are for new hires only. Re-hires and transfers are not eligible at this time.
Paid Time Off: For a full-time employee working 40 hours a week, 264.16 hours of Paid Time Off is received per year! PTO days will increase over the years based on longevity and there is no waiting period to start using your PTO!

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Tracking - Receives and enters the following documents into databases:
a) Incident Reports
b) 1201 Med Error Reports
c) Complaint Tracking and follow up
d) Change of address and 5 day visit forms
e) Certification Data
f) Employment Data
g) Progress Note Monthly Data
- Surveys and Mailings May create surveys using Survey Monkey or Constant Contact, at request of Supervisor and coordinate processes for surveying stakeholders, employees and community satisfaction. Will coordinate process for mailing to clients, families and other stakeholders to send them materials about changes in practice or educating them about current practice (Ex: Client Rights process; Complaint Process)
- Reports - May run reports from databases to provide data to Supervisor and Vice President of Admin Operations. Will assist with data summary and analysis for QI reports.
- Meetings - Participates in QI Committee, IAC and semi-annual provider agency meetings to record meeting minutes.
- Other Duties- Agency Administration
- Policies and Procedures - Assist with maintenance and updates to the Polices & Procedures
- Other - May assist other administrative support staff with tasks or as back-up and be asked to provide administrative support to the agency as a whole. Will provide clerical support to Vice President of Administrative Operations on non-QI tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned.

- Intermediate level skills with MS Word, Excel and Database programs
- Experience working in a networked environment
- Experience working with Windows 2003
- Typing at least 50 WPM
Travel:
Local vehicle travel in the performance of approved duties.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Work environment- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a busy program environment. Must exhibit high levels of professionalism.
- Physical demands: Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation.
