Quality Improvement/Integration Coord - Holyoke Medical Center

Supports the QI department with the identification of problems and areas in need of improvement for the betterment of patient care through the use of recognized quality improvement tools.

Required: Associates degree in Medical Record Technology or Bachelor's degree in health/human services or healthcare related field or physician education, RN preferred; Current Massachusetts license, if applicable; certification as a professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) desirable; medical education as a physician, if applicable; five years experience in an acute care hospital
