Position: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7am-3pm
2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1+ years in quality inspection.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of metal manufacturing and quality processes.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with various measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and computer proficiency.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Dimensional Accuracy: Verify accuracy and compliance with specifications for all inspection stages.
Precision Measurement: Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and gaging equipment.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate inspection records and certifications.
Part Layout: Conduct layouts for PPAP, FAI/ISIR, and customer requests.
Process Analysis: Analyze processes and report findings.
Defective Material Management: Detect, report, and manage defective materials, including quarantine.
Employee Orientation: Assist with training on quality procedures and gage maintenance.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
