The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our clients. This position requires a hands-on individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, HACCP, sanitation, and document control. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our clients. This position requires a hands-on individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, HACCP, sanitation, and document control. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
- Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on the appropriateness of data for release.
- Perform visual inspections of finished products.
- Participate in internal audits, including closing out audit findings and creating audits finding reports.
- Establish and monitor robust quality management systems (QMS).
- Implement and maintain the company’s HACCP plan.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with both national and international regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and execute sanitation activities for the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality control and local health safety standards.
- Manage document control including maintaining records and archives, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Train other team members in all aspects of quality control and safety.
- Participate in the development and review of SOPs for the quality control department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or equivalent is preferred.
- Must have experience in quality assurance, quality control, HACCP, sanitation, and document control.
- Strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and other quality systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in Quality Control is a plus.
