Overview:
The Quality Liaison is responsible for safely performing contract duties as assigned by management. Quality customer service is expected to be provided at all times, this role preserves efforts by Global Connections to Employment to deliver excellent service. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position.
Role Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in contact center or related services.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year serving as a Patient Appointment Technician on the CMHS contract.
- Must have the ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
- Must be able to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Must be physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
- Must be able to pass organizational screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this positions is $20.7088.
