Job Responsibilities

The Solution Architect for Global Quality will lead Quality Systems and Digital Transformation projects in a Hi-Tech manufacturing company. Responsibilities include QMS IT strategy, vendor selection, configuration, change management, and implementation of Quality processes like Complaints Management, CAPA, Change Control, Audits, and Supplier Quality. The role involves managing Quality System implementation projects, identifying quality issues, developing solutions and integration architecture, overseeing implementation, and providing thought leadership in Digital Transformation in Quality Management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
• 10+ years of overall Quality Management Systems experience with 5+ years of experience in Trackwise and ComplianceQuest.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems including SAP, PLM, and MES.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end implementation projects, including analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, deployment, training, and data conversion.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical/critical thinking, oral/written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently or with limited direction.
