Duties/Responsibilities
·Ensure the production of finishedproducts meet the quality specifications and standards by supporting theprocess development and control procedures in compliance with the manufacturingengineers and production managers.
·Responsible for training, maintenance,and being consistent with the QA activity and process with the organization’simprovement program.
·Responsible for training the qualityprinciples and system requirements of the organization.
·Analyze the data to produce qualityreports.
·Review the customer complaints andevaluate the short- and long-term corrective actions.
·Maintain collaboration with the Techservice for assistance with customers with quality problems or concerns.
·Support and coordinate the control of thequality of products through inspection of the quality plans by testingtechniques.
·Responsible for incoming, in process,and final inspection.
·Meet United Tool, LLC requirements towork with suppliers.
·Responsible to maintain gage and toolcalibration.
·Responsible for Quality Control (ISOQMS)
·Responsible to be ManagementRepresentative for ISO 9001 certification.
·Responsible to identify, train, andcoordinate the internal auditors for ISO 9001 compliance and manage the ISOcorrective and preventative action process for resolution.
·Responsible for maintaining theorganization’s quality documentation procedure and coordinate management reviewof the quality procedure with senior management.
·Communicate with the customers,suppliers, and employees in a constructive manner.
·Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
·Experience as a management representativefor an ISO 9001 organization.
·Experience with the ContinuousImprovement, Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM), and the Lean or Six Sigma.
·Preferred not required a Bachelor’sdegree in engineering with five years of related quality experience in amanufacturing environment.
·Be detail oriented, problem-solvingskills, and can prioritize multiple assignments.
·Ability to operate standard officeequipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
