Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for quality control and continuous improvement? Connect Housing Blocks is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards while leading initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:

• Quality Leadership: Lead quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Production Managers to establish consistent quality control processes.
• Training: Oversee the training of production staff in quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Documentation: Manage the documentation of quality procedures, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
• Process Enhancement: Promote a culture of process improvement to boost productivity and ensure product reliability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma) and methodologies.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds.

The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and varying climate conditions. The noise level is typically moderate, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
