Job Details
The Quality Manager will oversee quality control processes, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and PSQI standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate quality control systems and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends or issues affecting product quality or safety.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or safety.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends related to food safety and quality control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, PSQI standards, and food safety principles.
- Experience conducting audits and implementing quality control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and statistical analysis tools.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
