Job Details
- Develop and maintain effective quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Establish systems that ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct quality audits and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and devise strategies for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
-Train and guide employees on quality control processes.
- Oversee inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
- Manage projects focused on quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, and other quality tools.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 9001 and IATF16949 is a plus.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Green/Black Belt, Six Sigma, and Fishbone Diagrams.
