Overview
The main duties include: provide technical, administrative, and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate technical and administrative operations of the department. This position is critical to the success of the Training and Quality program at Aegeus Inspection Solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Collect, sort and distribute faxes.
- Laminate documents and maintain supplies.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with data records, and other documents.
- File and maintain records.
- Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents.
- Organize and work with detailed records, maintaining files for each area or customer of technical operation.

Education and Work Experience:- High School and Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong Computer Skills Required
- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- 5+ years experience in a quality administrative role.
- Preferred: NCCER Proctor Training
