Responsibilities:

• Conducts record reviews, provides staff orientation/ education, designs and implements systems, to assist leadership staff in ensuring compliance with regulatory, certifying oversight agencies, focus towards ensuring quality of care for the service recipients and thorough documentation. 
• Assists with investigative procedures and techniques in accordance with federal, state, and agency guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
• LCSW, LMSW or LMHC
•  3 – 5 years’ experience with OMH and/or OASAS population. 
• Knowledge of regulations and regulatory compliance. 
• Knowledge of program audit process.  Strong computer skills.
