The Red Lion Team is seeking a Quality Supervisor on First (1st)shift.

Summary:
Develops policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations | Develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes through standard procedures & systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 & AS9100 standards), quality audits/ review process, etc. Responsibilities are within the Quality Assurance Methods Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
Major Position Responsibilities:Essential Duties:
- Supervises quality assurance analysis to ensure consistent and reliable operation in a laboratory setting.
- Implements quality control procedures for the laboratory.
- Performs routine analysis to ensure the integrity of data, processes, and results and provides recommendations to improve quality standards.
- Reviews and interprets test results to ensure accuracy, precision, and repeatability.
- Performs calculations and determinations to validate results or specifications.
- Validates and verifies methods and identifies issues that may affect the accuracy and integrity of test results.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers.
Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience.
- 3-5 years experience in a relevant function
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Experience with the machining/inspection of various types of materials
- Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T
- Strong technical and/or manufacturing aptitude (ability to read and comprehend engineering and technical documentation, e.g. engineering drawings etc.)
- CMM programming/operation experience preferred
- Calibration
- Laboratory Practice Quality Assurance (LPQA), Laboratory Results Reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
