Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Manager, Quality Systems, your key duties will include:
- Acting as the Business Process Owner for systems and technologies used and/or owned by Innovative Medicine
- Shaping and prioritizing backlog, translating requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
- Balancing business value with technical feasibility, while improving delivery efficiency
- Partnering with key business leaders to engage SMEs & Team Members and make them available to support the system
- Planning overall execution across Site Readiness and Change Management, including Change Impact mitigation, Customer Management, and Business Resource Management
- University/Bachelor's or equivalent degree required
Required:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
- Consistent track record of collaboration across complex ecosystems
- Solid grasp of GxP regulations, Computerized System Validation requirements, and administration of GxP applications
- Experience working with Quality Systems at a process and platform level
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer management and networking skills
- Experience leading and implementing change strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a good understanding of priority setting
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven track record working in a global environment
- Ability to translate vision and strategy into executable outcomes
- Experienced in handling a product backlog/release plan
- Experience in working with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
- Process excellence certification (e.g. SixSigma, LEAN, or DEX green or black belt)
- Strong sector and global approach
