Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Manager, Quality Systems, your key duties will include:

• Acting as the Business Process Owner for systems and technologies used and/or owned by Innovative Medicine
• Shaping and prioritizing backlog, translating requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
• Balancing business value with technical feasibility, while improving delivery efficiency
• Partnering with key business leaders to engage SMEs & Team Members and make them available to support the system
• Planning overall execution across Site Readiness and Change Management, including Change Impact mitigation, Customer Management, and Business Resource Management

Education:

• University/Bachelor's or equivalent degree required

Experience & Skills
Required:

• Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
• Consistent track record of collaboration across complex ecosystems
• Solid grasp of GxP regulations, Computerized System Validation requirements, and administration of GxP applications
• Experience working with Quality Systems at a process and platform level
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer management and networking skills
• Experience leading and implementing change strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a good understanding of priority setting
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven track record working in a global environment
• Ability to translate vision and strategy into executable outcomes
• Experienced in handling a product backlog/release plan

Preferred:

• Experience in working with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
• Process excellence certification (e.g. SixSigma, LEAN, or DEX green or black belt)
• Strong sector and global approach
