Job Title: Quality Technician I

Job Duration: 9 Months
Shift Timings: 3:30PM to Midnight
Job Description:
The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting the business with QA activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers.
A critical function to provide inspection support as well as process improvements to sustain and improve product quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with team to provide audits and inspections on product quality according to client's quality-assurance processes.
Assist with conducting nonconforming materials investigation and report to client's authorized vendors as appropriate.
Engages management and team members as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.
Works with team to support new product quality plan implementations.
Ability to understand technical requirements, delivering output following learned technical framework.
Support ISO 9001 QMS

Preferred Education:
High School or equivalent Preferred Work Experience (years): 0-3 years Key Skills and
Competencies:
Ability to learn technical information
Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).
Position Specific Information Travel Requirements: N/AFLSA (U.S. only): Non-exempt Physical requirements and working conditions will vary by position and should be described as appropriate.
