Quality Technician - HATCH STAFFING SERVICES INC

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities: Conduct Inspections: Perform
regular inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Testing and
Analysis: Conduct various tests (e.g., mechanical, electrical, chemical)
to assess product quality and performance. Document Findings: Record
inspection results and maintain accurate documentation to support
quality control processes. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with
production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Implement Quality Standards: Assist in developing and updating quality
assurance procedures and standards. Continuous Improvement: Participate
in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing
processes. * OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Associate
degree or equivalent experience in quality assurance, engineering, or a
related field preferred. Previous experience in a quality technician
role or similar position. Familiarity with quality control methodologies
and tools Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent
