QUALITY TECHNICIAN - Spherion

Now hiring for Quality Technician. Spherion of Massachusetts currently has Quality Technician opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our Quality Technician will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Quality Technician will support our customers in maintaining high standards of quality by conducting inspections, testing products, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
Test products for functionality, performance, and durability
Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues in production
Collaborate with production teams to ensure product specifications are met
Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Report defects and recommend corrective actions
Support the continuous improvement of quality control processes

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
