A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Customer Service Consultant – fully remote. The Customer Service Consultant would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Customer Service Consultant Compensation
- The pay for this position is $22 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Customer Service Consultant Highlights
- The required availability for this position is an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday.
Customer Service Consultant Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Training Consultant and Performance Monitoring Consultant
- Perform direct training to new hires and assist in maintaining internal resources to support ongoing training Review quality of customer interactions
- Communicate training opportunities when present
- Collaborate with internal team(s) to identify opportunities and obtain necessary documentation to support training and quality reviews
Customer Service Consultant Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- 2-4 years Training/Quality experience in customer service or call center environment
Customer Service Consultant Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
