Your Impact in This Role

• Conduct dimensional and weld inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with weld supervisors, leads, and welders to verify conformance
• Work with Senior CWI to develop and approve necessary weld documentation
• Perform weld audits and support continuous improvement

What You Bring to The Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) certification
• 2+ years of weld inspection experience
• Proficiency in reading weld symbols and blueprints
• Experience with D1.1 and Ground Combat Vehicle Welding codes for aluminum and steel
• Ability to use measuring equipment such as fillet gauges, calipers, and height gauges
• Positive attitude, strong integrity, and a customer-driven mindset

• Proficiency in GD&T a plus
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
