- Client s marketing organization is looking for a Technical / IT PM to lead a global Qualtrics Voice of the Customer project
- This is considered a contract to hire role for 12-18 months, and the client would potentially like to hire this person after the contract completes
- This Project Manager will be expected to lead the implementation/integrations, perform project planning, and potentially Qualtrics development work
- Will need to be comfortable being hands-on with Qualtics development, including acting as an administrator Global admin for managing user access, dashboards, reports
- PM will coordinate with implementation partner Walker to manage the project and confirm deadlines are met and that data migration is on time
- PM will work with a global team, connecting with local country teams across the world (US/North America, South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific)
- This person will need to be comfortable working across time zones and able to join calls to support those time zones (within reason, not 24 hours a day)
- Scope is across 30 countries, 20 languages, 60 integrations
- PM will work with local IT teams and manage the integration list to confirm readiness and Qualtircs connections
- PM will need strong business and functional acumen in order to document IT requirements, share the approach, and lead deployments. Also includes reporting via standard status reports
- Client uses Monday.com for project tracking
- PM will interface directly with Chief Marketing Officer and direct Senior Manager
- Limited travel (could be required around Go Lives or workshop at beginning in Chicago, and for key international milestones in Europe). Expenses covered by client
