Join our dynamic team as a Pricing Strategy Analyst! In this pivotal role, you'll drive business success by delivering insightful pricing analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance volume and profitability. As the vital link between Pricing and Finance Modeling, you'll support our team in achieving our ambitious goals.
As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate in Auto Finance Management, you will use statistical tools and understanding to support the Finance Modeling team and align with them on pricing expectations. You will also help the team to build pricing tests, find opportunities to enhance pricing and support all quantitatively challenging questions.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Support the team by being the bridge between Pricing and Finance Modeling
+ Use strong understanding of statistical tools to run analytics involving: hypothesis testing, bootstrapping, regression models, random price testing, etc.
+ Run optimization scenarios to come up with pricing recommendation to optimize profitability and volume targets
+ Leverage existing data from random price testing and pricing experiments to update the framework, and make it more relevant to future questions
+ Build awareness/knowledge of the competitive environment space, as well as their sources/uses, and respond to stakeholder questions
+ Provide ad-hoc analysis, reporting and presentations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant STEM field or relevant experience
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills
+ Detail oriented with well-developed problem-solving skills, with clear understanding of the drivers of profitability
+ Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
+ Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks/projects and prioritizing to meet deadlines
+ Ability to make short and concise presentations with sound business conclusions
+ Ability to use basic analytical tools such as SQL/Alteryx/SAS or any related language
+ Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint

+ Master's/MBA
+ Programming skills
+ Experience in the Auto Finance Industry
