About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quick Lane Advisor to join our team at FOUNDATION KIA. As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their vehicle maintenance needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with our service technicians to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a service advisor role
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Experience using dealership management systems

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle maintenance needs
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of customer information
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
• Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues

Skills:

As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will utilize your excellent customer service and communication skills on a daily basis. You will also need to be proficient in basic computer skills to maintain accurate records and communicate with customers and service technicians. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a service advisor role, knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, and experience using dealership management systems. Your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
