Position Overview:

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our customers’ vehicles. This position involves performing vital maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine care. We’re seeking a dependable and hardworking professional committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring our customers leave with confidence in their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to service advisors
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
• Assist other technicians and service personnel as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and training

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to operate standard automotive service equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record for at least the last three years
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Age 21 or older

Education and Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical or vocational training is a plus
• ASE or similar certification is a bonus
