An Ace Shift Manager helps positively impact all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and operational efficiency. They will work closely with their Store Manager to ensure the restaurant is performing at or above company standards at all times. This position is perfect for an outgoing, positive, hard-working candidate with leadership skills, quick-service restaurant experience, authentic hospitality skills, and a desire to always leave it better than you found it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on Key Customer Requirements every shift
• Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered
• Impact prime costs through labor management, food cost controls, and hospitality at the register
• Opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities include: food preparation, staff management, guest interaction, cleaning duties, light administrative responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in a management/leadership or equivalent role in a quick-service restaurant setting or similar
• Proven track record of reliability, timeliness, and communication
• Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences
• ServSafe Food Manager certification
