Currently, our Buffalo, NY plant is hiring an R&D Engineer to conduct research to support our new and improved chemical manufacturing processes, as well as, design and develop tools, engines, machines, and controls.

Job Details
- Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Materials Science / PhD is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing
- PVC experience preferred
- Experience in the plastics and/or rubber industry preferred
- Project management experience in R&D/product development, and the ability to interface with manufacturing, marketing, quality assurance, and customers
- Analytical skills, and possess excellent verbal, technical writing, and general presentation skills
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Autocad (SolidWorks or Pro Engineering a plus)
- Need to be open to working on the floor in a manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience or the interpersonal skills to lead/supervise others (you'll have one direct report in this role)
