Job Overview:
The R&D Program Manager will be in charge of leading all aspects of development projects for the organization. They will lead development of new products and features to create new revenue sources. Responsible for initiating programs, following their progress, and serving as support providers in case issues arise. Coordinate efforts among internal technical teams and outside vendors, as well as develop and manage effective schedules. identify risks and mitigation plans in order to successfully complete the project.
About the Role:
Work closely with the Product management team and leadership teams to establish project and product requirements and success criteria
Manage new product development and continuation engineering projects for all Packsize products within a customer segment
Directly interface with internal teams and customers to manage the testing and validation of development projects
Lead the cross-functional product release team for all new product development projects in order to:
Track technical issues and implement solutions
Drive new products and features through the development process
Ensure projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget
Effectively communicate project status and suggest changes to use resources more efficiently
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
Additional degree in administration, business, management, or a related field is a plus
5+ years of previous experience in project and/or program management preferred
Problem solver with excellent leadership skills
