About the Job
Summary: Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Radio Frequency (RF) technologies, and medical device development.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of systems engineering experience, with at least 3 years in BLE / RF technologies
Proficiency in RF design, BLE protocols, signal processing, and medical device development
Experience with RF simulation tools and embedded programming languages
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IoT devices and applications
Knowledge of other wireless communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Zigbee)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for wireless medical devices such as IEEE 11073, ISO 13485, FDA guidelines
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of BLE and RF systems for medical devices
Oversee integration and testing of BLE and RF subsystems into medical devices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
Analyze and optimize system performance for issues like RF interference and power consumption
Prepare detailed system architecture and design documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards and medical regulations
Pay Details: $65.00 to $45.00 per hour
