R.O. - Maintenance Technician -- Nautical Mile - Capital Vacations

What are you motivated by?:

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the resort.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of the resort
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry
• Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools
