Job Description
What you will be doing: Perform radiation therapy treatments using linear accelerators or other radiation equipment Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery Monitor and assess patient reactions to treatment and report any issues to the oncologist Maintain detailed records of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes Educate patients on treatment procedures and possible side effects Experience you will need: Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field Current certification as a Radiation Therapist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent certification. Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and equipment Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred Familiarity with radiation therapy modalities including mammography and CT scans
