Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapy Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering radiation therapy treatments and ensuring patient safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer radiation therapy procedures following established protocols.

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during radiation treatments.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments administered, following regulatory and institutional guidelines.

Collaborate with physicians, radiation physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific care plans.

Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.

Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Certifications:

ARRT certification (or eligibility for certification).

Skills Competencies:

Strong technical proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail, with a commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
